Adrien A. Eshraghi, MD, MSc, FACS is an Associate Professor of Clinical Otolaryngology and the Director of University of Miami Hearing Research Laboratory at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. He serves as Chief of Otology and Neurotology Clinics for Jackson Memorial Hospital. He is also the medical director of University of Miami Weston Otolaryngology Clinic. He graduated with highest honors from the University of Paris in 1990. He is fully licensed in Florida and board certified in Otolaryngology. He is also fellowship trained and board certified in in Neurotology.
Dr Eshraghi is the author of more than 100 scientific papers and medical book chapters. His Clinical interests are in the management of Ear problems (hearing loss, middle ear/cochlear implant surgery, ear infections, acoustic neuroma) and Sinus/Nasal problems. His research is focused on management of hearing loss and cochlear implant surgery. Dr Eshraghi has received national and international recognition for his clinical activities, teaching and research in the field of Otolaryngology and Neurotology. He was selected by his peers as one of the “Best Doctors in America” in 2011 and selected as one of "America's Top Doctors" in 2012. He has been named in Who’s Who in the World and Who‘s Who in America since 1997. He was recipient of the “Honor Award” by the American Academy of Otolaryngology and Head Neck surgery in 2009. He received the “Honorable mention award” for his Triological thesis in 2012. He is elected to serve as Secretary/Treasurer Elect of the Florida Society of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery in 2011. He is also an active member of American Neurotology Society and member of Skull Base Committee of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery.
Over the last 7 years Dr. Eshraghi has been a guest speaker at numerous national and international otolaryngology meetings where he presented his clinical and research accomplishments in Paris, Athens, Istanbul, London, Frankfurt, Vienna, Prague, New York, Boston, Toronto and Los Angeles. He was also invited as a Visiting Professor at numerous universities in North America and Europe to train Residents and surgeons in perfecting their various surgical skills.
